Welcome to March! This time of year in the sewing room is usually quiet, after the rush of Christmas and New Year. So this gives me a chance to catch up on orders and plan new designs and research growing trends in the fabric world!
This week’s new make is the ever faithful Provence Rose fabric by Cath Kidston. I have made a lovely handmade make up bag featuring this fabric, which is lined and quilted with a matching zipper. Choose from either pink or blue Provence Rose fabric.

With the weather improving and the start of Spring, I’ve made a couple of new sunglasses holders with matching small wallets. The first features the iconic summer theme of strawberries, on a pink gingham fabric and then we have a quirky retro ice-cream print, featuring retro sweets and watermelons.
Again, with the arrival of Spring, it’s time to peg your washing out! Choose from a wide range of quirky prints and fabrics, from birds and chickens to bras and flowers! Also, don’t forget you can order a custom made peg bag too.
